I offer body-centered Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Parts Work. We focuses on fostering a deeper understanding of the inner you: thoughts, beliefs, emotions, spirituality, and body. We grow an understanding of the roots of your suffering as well as your unique wisdom and gifts. We learn your desired transformation and we practice shifting into your next upgrade using Somatic IFS tools and skills.
This therapy is especially beneficial for people with IFS experience and familiarity with somatic work though that is not a requirement. It can transform issues such as anxiety, overwhelm, attachment wounds, body tension, trauma, health concerns, addiction, relationship challenges, and questions related to career and life purpose. It is particularly suited for those who feel trapped in repetitive stress patterns or for individuals who have experienced slow progress with traditional talk therapy and struggle to integrate their sessions.
