Thoughtful, somatic-centered care for adults. Answers to the questions we hear most – clear, confidential, and curated for ease.
I work with adults, usually ages 30–65, seeking embodied healing and nervous-system regulation. You’re ready to explore patterns held in the body and move toward renewed ease, capacity, and choice.
Sessions take place online via a confidential teletherapy Telepath app. It’s secure, private, and simple – you’ll receive a link and instructions after booking.
Sessions are 50 minutes. We begin by orienting the nervous system through breathwork and regulation. Then, we bring gentle attention to a recurring pattern or a recent activating event – understood as the body’s memory.
Together, we excavate the body’s wisdom, support new meaning-making, and create a somatic pathway for transformation. You’ll leave with a deeper connection, compassion for the pattern, and practical action items to support change.
It is calm, attuned, and intentional. I guide breath- and body-based regulation, hold clear boundaries, and partner with you to explore embodied patterns with curiosity and care. Sessions are practical and reflective – aimed at felt change plus everyday integration.
Yes. Tears are a natural expression of release, grief, relief, or discovery. I hold that vulnerability with steadiness and safety; emotional release is welcomed and regulated, not rushed.
No. Share what feels safe and relevant. Therapy unfolds at your pace; trust is built over time. If something is essential for safety or treatment, we’ll name it together.
Yes. After each session, I send a personalized “voice memo” – a concise, customized summary plus tailored inner-work practices to honor and support the shifts we discovered.
You can also reach me via the secure portal if you’d like to share challenges, victories, questions, writing, or art.
You can perform short breath practices, gentle movement, grounding rituals, brief journaling prompts, paced exposure to triggers, and tailored practices in your voice memo.
Small, consistent somatic practices compound into lasting change. Adding a yoga class, a massage, friend time, a nap, other therapies, nutritional counseling, and so on can help support your wellness and transformation journey.
It depends on your goals and history. Some clients notice meaningful shifts in a handful of sessions; complex patterns may take months of consistent work. We’ll co-create a plan that honors your pace and desired outcomes.
Each session is 50 minutes.

Yes – within professional boundaries. I welcome transparent, respectful questions about my approach, training, and orientation. I won’t disclose personal details that compromise professional boundaries, but I will speak to how I work and what to expect.

Absolutely. Sessions are confidential on the secure Telepath platform. Notes are kept private. However, confidentiality would be breached in cases of imminent risk to self or others, or when legally mandated reporting is required. Nevertheless, I will inform you in such cases.
Somatic therapy is practiced with care and pacing to ensure safety. We co-regulate each step; you control the pace and can pause at any time. If you have questions about suitability, we’ll discuss them before or during our first session.
Choose a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection, wear comfortable clothing, and have water nearby. Bring a brief note about the pattern or event you’d like to explore, and any questions you have.
Sometimes processing can feel tender; this is often part of the integration process. Your nervous system will be supported throughout, and we will close each session with regulation and grounding.
You can expect greater body awareness, reduced reactivity, a more compassionate relationship to patterns, and actionable steps to support change. You’ll also receive a post-session voice memo to reinforce insights and practices between sessions. Each client’s journey is unique. We measure progress by felt shifts and increased agency.
