Deepen the Therapist. Deepen the Work.

A body-centered mentorship experience for clinicians who want to strengthen their nervous system capacity, relational presence, and embodied clinical skill.

The Embodied Clinician Program is designed for therapists, coaches, healers, and helping professionals who want to deepen both their personal healing and their clinical work.

This is not only about learning new techniques. It is about becoming a steadier, more regulated, more attuned practitioner – someone capable of staying present with complexity, emotion, trauma, and relational repair without losing themselves in the process.

Through somatic psychotherapy principles, nervous system work, mindfulness, and parts-informed exploration, clinicians learn to embody the work they offer others.

Why This Work Matters

Insight alone does not create embodied change.

Clients often enter therapy carrying histories of relational rupture, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, attachment injury, and protective adaptations developed over many years. In those moments, the clinician’s nervous system becomes part of the therapeutic environment.

When a therapist can remain grounded, non-reactive, emotionally attuned, and connected to Self-energy, clients experience something different:

  • safety
  • regulation
  • relational repair
  • emotional integration
  • a new internal experience
  • The deeper the clinician’s own embodiment and healing, the deeper the work can go.

What We Explore

Embodied Nervous System Work

Learn to recognize and work with activation, shutdown, emotional flooding, dissociation, over-functioning, and chronic sympathetic stress – both within yourself and your clients.

Parts Work & Somatic Awareness

Explore the relationship between protective strategies, attachment patterns, emotional wounds, and the body. Develop greater access to Self-energy, intuition, steadiness, and internal leadership.

Relational Presence

Strengthen your capacity to stay grounded during rupture, projection, intensity, emotional dependency, shutdown, anger, grief, or uncertainty within the therapeutic relationship.

Personal Healing & Professional Growth

Your clinical work can only move as deeply as your own system allows. This program supports both your personal evolution and your professional development simultaneously.

Clinical Integration

Bridge embodied work into your existing clinical orientation in a way that feels authentic, ethical, grounded, and sustainable.

My Approach

I bring over 20 years of experience in somatic and body-based approaches as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT), and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT).

My work integrates:

  • somatic psychotherapy
  • nervous system regulation
  • mindfulness
  • body-centered parts work (Internal Family Systems)
  • relational attunement
  • embodied awareness

This work is grounded, ethical, relational, and deeply human.

The goal is not perfection or performance.
It is greater capacity, steadiness, authenticity, and presence – both inside and outside the therapy room.

Healing work changes when the clinician’s nervous system becomes part of the medicine.
